Goals?
As of right now, I have been and have remained aimless. Since I'll be pursuing my career after college through 6 years of training under IBM, college becomes a tool to satisfy a thirst of knowledge and passion. I guess you could say that my goal is to just enjoy the experience and freedom of college while it lasts, and also to better myself in traits that can be forever applied through life; like writing skills, philosophy and art. Its kind of like a self improvement, self interest process.
About Me.
Well, as you probably already know I'm currently attending Cypress College. Planning to transfer to UCI, I'm not only here to get credits but also for the experience. As Aldous Huxley once stated, "Experience is not what happens to you; it's what you do with what happens to you." So, With the experience of college I aspire to apply what I learn during my years at Cypress to my life abroad.
Hobbies?
The most time consuming hobby is probably guitar. Most of my free hours are spent with a guitar on my lap and a cigarette in my mouth. Along with guitar I enjoy scenic drives (although I have no car at the moment), listening to an extremely broad genre of music (from jazz to rap to country to 80's metal), and attending concerts of all sorts. One hobby, that I cannot enjoy as of right now because of financial issues, is to compete in a friendly canyon race. I don't have a car anymore, however, when I did my friends and I would occasionally head up to either Ortega Canyon or Asuza Canyon and race there about once a month. That's the highest point of Ortega below, overlooking Lake Elsinore. We arrived at the other end of Ortega Canyon Road at around 4:30am and decided to head back up to the top for a scenic view of the sunrise of a new day =].
